About Me |
I am a professional and certified life coach. I spent 7 years in the advertising sales industry, and traveled the country as an advertising project manager for a publishing company. At the age of 26, I went through a tough divorce and my family doctor who was also a family friend, was seeing me suffering from depression and migraines. He surprisingly recommended I attend a Tony Robbins event. One of my projects was 3 hours from Tony's next seminar, so I made the trip and his conference, Unleash the Power Within, changed my life. I knew that I wanted to be a life coach and work with people to enhance their lives to become happier, more fulfilled, and more successful. In May 2006 I moved to Denver, CO from Nashville, TN and started my coaching classes with the Coaches Training Institute and opened my business in December 2006. I became a certified professional co-active coach in May 2008 and am also a leadership graduate of CTI, having over 200 hours of experiential learning. I have worked with individuals who have made drastic transitions in their lives, whether it be in business or relationships or health. I am also passionate about working with leaders in corporations to raise the levels of communication, energy, time management, and success with their team members. I am a member and past vice-president of membership of Daybreak Toastmasters and I am a mentor for Friends for Youth. I also obtained a Bachelors Degree from Tennessee Technological University in Business Administration with an Emphasis In Marketing.
